Step 1: Add subjects


To add a subject, subject groups or electives go to -

 

Home >> Academics >> Subjects Center >> Course Subjects >> Select Course



  1. Add Core Subjects (Subjects taken by all Students)

    1. Select +Subject and add the subject details           
    2.  Select Import Subject to import the subject from an already existing class.
  2. Add Subject Group (Group of subjects taken together)

    1. Select +Subject Group and Add subject Group details
    2. Within a subject group, you can add subjects or elective groups.
  3. Add Elective Group (Group of subjects that students can choose from)

    1. add subjects within an elective group.

The Following naming conventions must be followed:

  • Name field, enter the subject name.

  • Code field, enter the subject code followed by the Class code (Ex. ENG-G01)

  • Section field enter the section name followed by the stage name (Ex. AM-Elementary)

                                


Step 2: Link subjects to Batches


To link a subject to a batch go to -

 

Home >> Academics >> Subjects Center >> Link Batches >> Select Course



  1. Expand the batch list by clicking the arrow next to the course name
  2. Check the batches you want to link to this course
  3. Click Save
