You can collect and process all types of student fees, such as Finance fee and Transport fee from the Finance module.
If you are collecting fees batch-wise:
- At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Finance > Fees > Collect the Fees > Fee Submission by Batch.
- Select a batch and a fee collection. You will notice that all types of fee collections scheduled will be displayed as depicted in Fig 1.

Insert the paid amount, by default the full due amount is entered.
- Process the student fee payment.
After processing a fee payment for a student, you can select another student and continue fee processing.
If you are collecting fees from each student:
Use the ‘Pay All Fees’ option to be able to process all types of fees for the student at once.
- At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Finance > Fees > Collect the Fees > Fee submission for each student.
- In the Search field, enter the student name or admission number to search.
- Select Pay All Fees.
