Each user has access to the General school calendar. The calendar displays Vacations, Academic and General school events.

  • A user can add personal events which only appear on his own personal calendar.
  • By default the calendar opens on Month view. You can change to Day or Week view by clicking the buttons on the upper right side of the calendar.
  • You can filter the displayed items by selecting from the event types at the top of the calendar.


To view your calendar:

  1. Click on the down arrow next to My Days on the Navigation Menu to display the sub-menu.
  2. Click on Calendar from the sub-menu. The calendar appears on the Dashboard.


To add Personal events:

  1. Open the calendar
  2. Click on the Create Event button.
  3. Fill in the event details and click Create.


To reschedule, edit or delete personal events:

  • You can reschedule events by dragging them to a new date.
  • Double Click on the event to open its details. You can edit the details and click Save, or click Delete to remove the event.
