Step 1: Add subjects
To add a subject, subject groups or electives go to -
Home >> Academics >> Subjects Center >> Course Subjects >> Select Course
Add Core Subjects (Subjects taken by all Students)
- Select +Subject and add the subject details
- Select Import Subject to import the subject from an already existing class.
Add Subject Group (Group of subjects taken together)
- Select +Subject Group and Add subject Group details
- Within a subject group, you can add subjects or elective groups.
Add Elective Group (Group of subjects that students can choose from)
- add subjects within an elective group.
The Following naming conventions must be followed:
Name field, enter the subject name.
Code field, enter the subject code followed by the Class code (Ex. ENG-G01)
Section field enter the section name followed by the stage name (Ex. AM-Elementary)
Step 2: Link subjects to Batches
To link a subject to a batch go to -
Home >> Academics >> Subjects Center >> Link Batches >> Select Course
- Expand the batch list by clicking the arrow next to the course name
- Check the batches you want to link to this course
- Click Save
