Some users reported that they were unable to reach the login page for Skolera on Mobile devices (Android smartphones/tablets, iPhones, iPads)

We have been trying to replicate the issue and found that the issue is inconsistent with devices using variable versions of Google Chrome.

It happens on some devices when using Google Chrome, but does not happen on others.

We are in contact with Google Chrome Support to resolve this issue.

We have found that devices having problems logging in using Google Chrome had no problems accessing the site using one of the following:

  • Opera browser for Android (available on Google play, opera mini has not been tested)
  • Samsung Internet browser (available for Samsung devices, and usually installed as part of the OS update)
  • Updated version of Google Chrome using Incognito tab
  • Safari on iPhone and iPad (latest update)

Going Incognito (Google Chrome)

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. Tap More More and then New Incognito tab.
  3. A new window appears. In the top left, check for the Incognito icon Incognito mode.
  4. Enter your Skolera URL as you would normally.
