You can use form builder to create forms that can be used in different ways.
These forms can be public (available for all users) or private (available for select users only)
To build your form:
- Log onto Skolera SMS
- Go to Menu > Collaboration > Forms
- You can create/view form Templates, manage existing forms, view feedback forms
- To create a new template, Click on Create Form Template
- Drag and drop different field types to add to your form
- After adding a field, click on it to enter the settings for this field
- Add all the fields you want and set their options
- Enter a name for the form, then click use
Enter the name that will appear to users when the form is published
Select Feedback form if you want to use this form for feedback or surveys. Then select who gets to see the results of the feedback form.
Select public to make the form available for all users
Select private and set recipients for specific users
Click Publish
