A big part of a teacher's job is assessing students' behavior as well as their Academic work. Skolera provides a very helpful tool that allows the teacher to communicate any comments on a student's behavior, negative or positive, to parents, other teachers, and the student him/herself.

To add a behavior note follow the following simple steps.


1. After logging in as a Teacher, select My Courses from the navigation tab on the left.


2. Select the course that the student is enrolled in.



3. Select the class in which the student attends.


4. Press on the Behavior tab.



5. Click the +Add New Note button.


6. Select the student from the drop-down menu.


7. Select the reason you want to comment on the student's behavior from the Category drop-down menu.


8.Select the Consequences you want to comment on the student's behavior from the Consequences drop-down menu

9.Type the Location in which the student's behavior has happened from the location tab ( for example: computer lab

10. Enter the description for your note in the Note Content box.


11. Select who you would like to share the note with:

Selecting Student will share the note with the student for which the note is submitted only, not his classmates.

Selecting Parent will share the note with the student's parent.

Selecting Teachers will share the note with other teachers that teach the same student this year.


12. Click the Submit button to share your note.
