1. After logging in as an administrator, select Administration from the navigation menu on the left.


2. Select Timetable from the drop-down menu.


3. Here you will be able to view the time tables for all the grades in your school, you can click this arrow to move between days of the week.


4. To start editing the time table, click the Edit Timetable button.


5. Then hover over the period you would like to edit and an Edit Period option will appear. Click that period then.


6. From the drop-down menus select the class that will be attending this period and the room where the period will take place.


7.  You can add another class to the same period by clicking Add Class.


8. You can also delete classes from this period by clicking the trash can button.


9. Once you are done, click Save.
