1. After logging in as an administrator, select Administration from the navigation menu on the left.
2. Then select School Structure.
3. From the drop-down menu, select Grading System.
4. In the PASS LIMIT card, you will be able to set the total grade by entering a value in the Total Grade box, and setting the minimum grade a student should get to pass by entering a value in the Pass Limit box.
Once you are done, click Save.
5. Scroll down to the GRADING SCALE card, here you can set values to each letter if your school uses the letter scale, set values to each number from 1 to 4 if it uses the GPA scale, or set both.
Once you are done setting values, click Save.
6. Scroll down to the GRADING CATEGORIES card. Here you can add categories (eg: Homework, Classwork.) and divide them into subcategories (eg: Oral, Written), and set the weight of each category or subcategory in percentage.
7. Scroll down to the GRADING PERIOD card. Here you can define the grading periods that your school follows, and set the weight for each grading period or sub-grading period in percentage.
