Sign into your Admin account 

From the Navigation menu at the left side

Go to Focus insights > Zones


Press on Create Zone

Fill in the Details and Attach image (if needed) and Then Press Save

Now , you are redirected to the to the zones main page , move between the zones using the pages' counter at the end

or you can also use the Filter beside <Create Zone>

Once you find the zone you created 

Press on the Three dots at the right side of the zone name

Press on Manage Members 


Start Checking the boxes beside the names so that you assign the members to the Zone 


and then from the right side , Assign the Manager of the Zone by checking the box at the left side


Putting in consideration that Members can take actions normally in the Zone like sending new posts  to mates , replying to posts , sending messages to Zone managers Only beside viewing all the details inside the zone ..


While the Zone Manager , beside the previous actions , Can Send messages to All members , Upload resources , Create Events
