To add elective subjects to a student's profile in the OpenEduCat module, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the "OpenEduCat" app from the main dashboard.
You will be taken to the list view of students, displaying a list of all the student records in your system.
Locate the student to whom you want to add elective subjects.
Click on the student's name or avatar to open their profile.
Look for the "Educational" tab. This section is where you can manage the subjects assigned to the student.
In the student's profile, click on the "Edit" button at the top right of the screen.
click on the "Admission Details" field.
Within the section, you will typically find an option to add elective subjects. It is represented by a button labeled "Add a line"
Click on "Search more"
A dialog or form will appear, allowing you to search and select the elective subject you want to add to the student's profile.
Use the search field or browse through the available elective subjects to find the desired one.
Select the elective subject by checking the checkbox next to its name or clicking on its name directly.
- Select batch from the dropdown list
- Once you have selected the elective subjects, save the changes to add them to the student's profile.
The added elective subjects will now be associated with the student, and you can view this information in their profile.
