Skolera

One of the features of Skolera is that it allows parents to easily communicate with teachers and the school administration regarding their children's health conditions.

Step 1: Log in as a parent using your username and password.

Step 2: Go to the navigation menu.

Step 3: Click on "Connect" and then "Clinic Note."

Step 4: Click on "Add a New Note."

You will need to select your child's name.

Write your clinic note or upload a file (up to 50 MB).

To share this Clinic Note with your child's teacher, check the box beside "Teachers."

You can also add a tag for additional context or categorization.
