To create time off type

Step 1: Open the Time Off Module

  • Log into your ERP dashboard and select the Time Off module. This module is where you manage all aspects of employee leaves.

Step 2: Navigate to Configuration

  •  Within the Time Off module, click on the ‘Configuration’ menu. This menu holds various settings that affect how leaves are managed.


Step 3: Access Time Off Types

  •  Click on ‘Time Off Types’ from the available options. This will show you a list of existing time off types or a blank slate if none have been configured yet.
  • Purpose: This area allows you to view, create, or modify different categories of time off, ensuring that they meet your organizational needs.


Step 4: Start Creating a New Time Off Type

  •   Press the ‘Create’ button to open the form for adding a new time off type.

Step 5: Fill in the Required Fields

When setting up a new time off type, you need to provide several details:

  • Name: Enter a descriptive name for the time off type, like "Sick leave ".
  • take time off in : Decide whether this time off should be (e.g., a set Hours, Half Day or Day).
  • Allocation Requests: who has the permission to allocate this time off type to employee.
  • Time off Requests: Set the responsible person who will approve or reject the time off request .
