Working Time schedules help ensure that each employee's contract has accurate information about their work hours and shifts. Here's a step-by-step guide to create and customize working time in ERP:

Step 1: Log in with an Employee Account

  • Make sure you're logged in with an account that has an Administrator role for contracts.

Step 2: Create or Edit an Employee Record

Step 3: Adjust the Working Time

  • Option 1: Remove the default working time, enter a new working time name, and click 'Create and Edit' to define the specific hours.
  • Option 2: Click on the external link next to 'Default Working Hours' to edit the existing default schedule directly.

Step 4: Fill the Requirements

1:- Enter the working time name to easily identify it. For example, you can name it "School Working Time".

2:- Assign the working time to a specific company, in this case, the school name.

3:- Enter the average working hours per day. For instance, if the employees work for 8 hours every day, input "8" as the value.

4:- Specify the time zone to ensure accurate time tracking and scheduling.

5:- Choose which weekdays are considered as working days for your organization. You can select multiple weekdays if needed.

6:- If you have employees who work in shifts (e.g., morning and afternoon shifts), define these periods under Day Periods.

7:- Set up the start and end times for each shift by entering values in "Work From" and "Work To" fields respectively.

8- If you have specific dates with different working hours (e.g., public , special events), indicate them by setting a start and end date accordingly.

Step 5: Save

  • Once you've verified the schedule details, save the working time settings and ensure the employee's contract accurately reflects the changes.

By following these steps, you'll be able to create tailored working time schedules that fit your organization's needs.
