Updating a course planner in Skolera LMS helps keep your courses organized and up-to-date. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:


Step 1: Access Your Teacher Account

  • Action: Log into your teacher account on the Skolera Learning Management System.


Step 2: Navigate to the Course

  • Action: Go to the Navigation Menu.
  • Click: Select 'My Courses'.
  • Choose: Select the course you need to update or replace the course planner for.


Step 3: Open the Course Planner

  • Action: Click on the 'Course Planner' icon.


To Re the Course Planner:

  1. Export the Course Planner:

    • Action: Click on 'Export Course Planner' to download the current course planner.
  2. Access My Library:

    • Action: Go to 'My Library' from the Navigation Menu: My School >> My Library.
    • Download: Click on the three dots next to the planner and select 'Download'.

  3. Edit the Course Planner:

    • Action: Open the downloaded Excel sheet.
    • Note: Do not remove or edit any ID or the General Topic.
    • Update: Edit the necessary data fields.
  4. Upload the Replaced Course Planner:

    • Action: Go back to the course planner page and click on 'Replace the Course Planner'.
    • Option: Choose whether to "move the course planner to General".
      • Explanation: This option keeps all old course planners with assignments and quizzes related to them. If you do not choose this, the action will delete all existing course data and replace it with the new data.
    • Select File: Choose the edited Excel sheet.
    • Upload: Click on 'Upload' to update the course planner.
