Archiving students in the ERP system is a straightforward process that ensures you can manage and organize your student records effectively. Follow these simple steps to archive a student in the system.

 

Step-by-Step Guide to Archiving Students

 

1. Login to ERP

   - Start by logging into your ERP system using your admin account.

 

2. Navigate to OpenEduCat

   - From the navigation menu, click on OpenEduCat.

 

3. Select the Student

   - Find the student you want to archive from the list and click on their name.

 

 

4. Initiate the Archiving Process

   - Click on the Action button.

   - From the dropdown menu, select Archive.

 

5. Confirm the Archiving

   - A confirmation message will appear. 

   - Once you confirm, the student will be archived.

   - An Archive label in red will appear in the student's profile.

 

6. Verify Archiving

   - Go back to the students' list, and you will notice that the archived student is no longer visible in the active list.

If you need to view or manage archived students, follow these steps:

 

1. Filter Archived Students

   - Click on the Filter option.

   - Select Archive to display all archived students.

 

2. Unarchive a Student

   - Click on the name of the student you wish to unarchive.

   - Click on the Action button.

   - Select Unarchive from the dropdown menu to restore the student to the active list.
