Step 1: Access the Course Planner

  • Log in to Skolera using your teacher account.
  • Click on My Courses from the left-hand navigation menu (Choose the course you want to plan).


  • Click on Course Planner.



 Step 2: Create Topics & Subtopics

  • On the Course Planner page, you’ll see a list of existing topics and subtopics (if added earlier).


To add a new topic:

  1. Click + Create New Topic.


  2. Enter the Topic Name.

  3. Click Add Subtopics to start adding sub-units under this topic.
  4. When done, click Save.




 

 Step 3: Add Lessons

To create a lesson under a subtopic:

  1. Select the relevant Topic, then click on its Subtopic.

  2. In the pop-up window, click Add Lesson.

  3. Fill in:

    • Lesson Title

    • Learning Objectives

    • Teaching Date (select the first day of the week using the date picker)

  4. Click Save.

  5. Repeat to add more lessons as needed.


 Step 4: Edit or Delete Existing Items

You can edit or delete any topic, subtopic, or lesson using the following icons:

For Lessons:

  • Click the lesson name to edit.

  • Click the trash icon beside the lesson name to delete.

For Subtopics:

  • Click the pen icon at the top of the subtopic box to edit.

  • Click the trash icon to delete the entire subtopic and its lessons.


For Topics:

  • Use the pen icon to edit the topic title.

  • Use the trash icon to delete the entire topic, including its subtopics and lessons.

⚠️ Warning: Deleting any of the above will automatically remove ALL related assignments, quizzes, and grades linked to them.
