After Successfully Logging into Your Skolera Admin Account, You Will Find Different Icons And Statistics in Your Homepage.


On the Top Right Side You Will Find The Following : 






From Right To Left:


Down Arrow: 

    • By pressing On The Arrow, You Can Easily Contact Other School Admins or Sign out from Skolera



  • Profile picture: 
    • By clicking on your profile picture, you can access your personal profile, where you can review your personal data, select your interface language and reset your own password.
  • Language Selector: 
    • You can change the interface language to Arabic, English or French.
  • System Theme 
    • You can switch between light and dark modes, and change the available colors according to your personal preferences, providing you with a visually comfortable experience throughout the day. .


  • Notifications: 
    • Here you will receive information about the most recent actions performed on the platform that relate to you or affect you. Number of new notifications is displayed in the counter.
  • Messages:
    • Most recent messages will be listed here. Unread messages will be in bold. Number of new messages is displayed in the counter. 
  • Announcements: 
    • Active School announcements are listed here. The number of Active announcements is displayed in the counter.




On you main dashboard, you will find some useful chars and statistics.

Permissions may be required to view and perform some tasks.


User Statistics:

        Which shows the number of users from different roles over the last 8 weeks .







Teachers' Engagement:


                Shows the average contribution per teacher for each Grade/Level in Assignments, Quizzes, Content, Lesson Plans, Posts and Messages.  


 


Daily Activities: 

            Shows active users of one role over any given 24 hour period.





Activity Counters: 

            Shows the number  of resources (Content) uploaded , Badges awarded to students , Posts created , Messages sent and Zones created .





Navigation Menu:


On the left side, you will find the Navigation Menu, which provides access to various sections of your platform:


Home: Displays the landing homepage with statistics.


Administration: Grants access to the School Structure, Grading System, Timetable (for editing the timetable or integrating with the ASC Timetable), and Announcements.


Permission Management: Allows the admin to assign different privileges to different users.


Focus Insights: Displays various lists for all user types (Students, Parents, Teachers, HODs), along with courses, zones, and weekly plans.


Connect: Provides access to Messages, Calendar, and the E-Library.


This navigation menu ensures easy access to essential platform features, allowing you to manage and monitor the various aspects of your school efficiently.
