Step 1: Log in as an Admin  

Log in to the Skolera system using an Admin account. Access the Admin Dashboard where all system settings and controls are available.


Step 2: Navigate to the Weekly Plan Section 


  • From the side menu, select Focus Insights >  Weekly Plans > Create Weekly Plan .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     





 


Step 3 : Select the required fields and press <View>


Notes:

  • You can choose  only one level for each weekly plane 
  • You can choose multipe courses and course groups each weekly plane 
  • Keep the status Unpuplished (to keep the weekly plane unvisible to Students ) untill you or the teachers finish all courses updates





Step 4 : Fill in the General Activities field and Save


Notes:

  • The weeklyplane now avaible for teachers to fill everyday updates 
  • From the admin account you can fill the weekly plane






Step 5 :Filling weekly plane

you can fill or update  the weekly plan for the selected courses by pressing on the cell under each day




Step 6: Puplish the weekly plane

change the status to Published to make the weekly plany Visible to students





By following these steps, you can efficiently create and manage weekly plans for different classes and ensure that your school’s curriculum runs smoothly.
