Use your HOD account to log in to your School LMS.
Step1: Login to your HOD account from My Courses 
Click on the teacher who teach the course you want to follow its virtual classes
Step 2: Click on Virtual classes tab
Step3: You can now view all scheduled meetings for this course, and you have the option to join any of them and you can also schedule a new meeting.
⚠️Note: You can't start the meeting or update its settings using HOD account
Step4: Click on previous meetings to view all details about any previous meeting
Step5: Click on the number below participants tab to show the meeting details
Step6: You can export all meetings details in an excel sheet
